Campout September 08

I just wanted to say well done to all the boys and leaders of webelo den 7, you guys did great this weekend at the campout.

No tears, no drama, just lots of fun.

Thanks for all your hard work, sometimes when you feel like its just so much work, you take a look at the kids faces and see it is all worth it.   We really do appreciate it!!!!!

Hi folks, What great activities are you unfolding here! Wow! It really brings up a pleasant reminder of my boy scout days back in the states. I had a great time back then. Knowing the big jelly from ACB, I'm sure all the boys are having some very valuable time in their life.

No better way to spend a weekend with my son than camping in the Grünewaldheim away from the television and computer.   The Cubs participated in several activities at the August 2006 Pack Overnighter, but the most impressionable one was the timed sprint as the Cubs cheered each other on with "do your best."   Niels really loves being a Scout and his mommy too!

Pack Overnighter Aug 19-20th

On Saturday I went camping with the Cub Scouts and the Boy Scouts at Grunewaldheim.   I am a Webelos Scout.   I set up a tent with my den chief.   After setting up the tent, I helped the Boy Scouts with a conservation project.   For the conservation project, we picked up sticks and put them on a pile, for new homes for bugs mice and birds.   Next we ate foil pack hamurgers and bread on a stick.   After dinner, we had a campfire.   We sang songs and did skits.   The next morning we had breakfast.   We had eggs in a bag.   After breakfast, we did a Scout's Own Worship Service.   After that I packed up all my stuff.   I hiked with the boy Scouts.   I had a great time camping this weekend.
